Under what circumstances will my order of Flowers/Gifts be substituted?
Your order of Flowers/Gifts may be substituted with a different type of flower/gift or colour depending on availability. But this can only be in exceptional circumstances and normally with the permission of the recipient. However, it may not always be possible to take approval of sender due to time constraints. However, the standard of professionalism, the quality and the value of the gift will always be maintained.
